AI is at the core of our curriculum. 42 ensures you understand the “how” and “why” behind the technology. This means you graduate with the ability to design, deploy, and critically evaluate AI solutions that solve real industry challenges, rather than just following a tutorial.
What you will build
Our AI module is structured around three concrete projects that mirror the actual demands of top tech companies and innovation labs. You will move beyond simple chatbots to build:
Reliable LLM Applications
You will create high-precision tools that translate natural language into structured, executable API calls. Using constrained decoding, you’ll ensure 100% valid outputs even on compact, resource-efficient models
Source-Grounded RAG Systems
You will architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems that index complex codebases. This prevents AI “hallucinations” by ensuring every answer is grounded in verifiable facts from your specific data.
Autonomous Agents
You will engineer fully autonomous systems capable of independent reasoning. These agents use a “Thought → Code → Observation” loop to solve real-world engineering challenges, a skill set that defines the next generation of productivity.
